Compassion Crew
Trinity UMC is thrilled to host "Compassion Crew", a group that is geared towards young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We gather together on a monthly basis for fun events like karaoke, dances, dinners, craft and game nights, and movie nights! In the fall of 2024, we plan to add workshops into the mix on things like how to nurture healthy relationships, navigating dating and social media, teaching life skills like sewing, cooking, writing resumes, and so much more!
We know that everyone has something beautiful and unique to offer the world. We hope Compassion Crew will be a safe place where they can build upon their interests, skill sets, and confidence. A place where they can develop leadership skills that will help them in all aspects of life. Most of all, we hope that it will be a safe space where everyone feels loved, valued, and like they belong.
If you or a loved one are interested in joining our fun Crew, please message us for more info! We're also always looking for help! Meals and snacks are a big hit at our activities, so we're always looking for hot, nutritious food donations! Please reach out if you're interested in learning about how you can get connected.

Come help us put on a super fun Easter Egg Hunt for the community!
The Easter Bunny needs OUR HELP to put on THE BEST EASTER EGG HUNT OF ALL TIME for the kids of North Park!! Come out on Saturday, April 19th, from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM, to help hide eggs, do some fun crafts, and after the hunt is over, we'll have a picnic in the park just for the Compassion Crew!!
